new software
Noticed there was a new version of WordPress available today… But the automatic upgrade process failed to run. I guess the new version of WordPress requires a MySQL 4.1 or newer database… Any my database was still running 4.0…
So I had to back up my database, then create a new 5.0 database and import everything into it.
It all took a bit longer than I would have liked, but the end result was a working WordPress 2.9 installation.
