Wow…  I really feel pretty crappy.  My nose is completely plugged up, my sinuses ache, I’m dripping all over the place…  I feel like my head is going to explode.  And the sinus stuff I took this morning isn’t doing any good.

All I want to do right now is go home and collapse somewhere…  I certainly don’t want to drive out to the middle of nowhere and troubleshoot Outlook/Vista issues.
