Slashdot | Vista Service Pack 1 Is Out

I guess I know what I’ll be doing tonight.  Actually, I’ve been pretty happy with Vista so far…  And I can only assume that SP1 will improve stability…  So I’m quite happy to see it released.

I’m also very curious to see what this does for adoption rates.  I know plenty of folks who make a practice of waiting for the first service pack to come out before adopting a new piece of software.  The only reason I was willing to install Vista at home and at work is because I knew SP1 was right around the corner.
